Application for construction of conservatory and porch extension.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control included the minutes of a site meeting, where the representative of the Parish Council had suggested a compromise. The rear fence could be raised to two metres by lifting the existing panels and inserting additional concrete blocks at the bottom, and adding tops to the fence posts. Neighbours objections were reported.
RESOLVED
That retrospectively approval be granted to application W17484 for the retention of the porch and, subject to the raising of the rear fence to two metres, the conservatory.
