Application for change of use to residential and erection of detached garage with turning area.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed a revised scheme which was now acceptable due to the re-positioning of the garage. He asked that authority to approve be delegated to him to negotiate finalised details.
RESOLVED
That the Director of Planning and Building Control be given delegated authority to approve a revised scheme to his satisfaction for application W17529.
