Application for retention of shed for storage use.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned a retrospective application for an eight by four metres construction of reasonable appearance considering it was made of old up and over garage doors painted black. One neighbour's objection was reported, but as an established use was connected, the Director recommended approval.

Members, whilst happy with the appearance in an area where many sheds and outbuildings existed, were concerned at water spilling from the roof into the passageway, and asked for the building to have some form of guttering and soakaway.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W4910/1, subject to the satisfactory resolution of the guttering and soakaway situation.
