Application for single storey front extension.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed a modest front extension replicating one next door at No. 79. The proposed extension was located close to the side window of No. 75, but this was not the primary window and on balance the Director recommended approval. No objections had been received.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W2598/2.
