Application for single storey side extension.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed that the application accorded with Policy H17 of the adopted Waveney Local Plan which dealt with extensions to existing Residential Care Homes. Although the extension was within one metre of the boundary of the adjacent house it measured only 2.4 metres high, was set back and had little impact. Sufficient amenity space was still retained for residents, and on balance the Director recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W1819/7.
