V27-1525 : W11858/3 - LAND ADJACENT TO 14 NORWICH ROAD, HALESWORTH
Application for construction of a detached dwelling and associated works. The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed that the proposed dwelling would sit awkwardly on a plot of restricted width, would not relate well to the adjacent properties and was likely to look odd in the street scene. The Director therefore recommended refusal.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be refused to application W11858/3.
