Application to extend range of saleable goods, addition of office, store and toilets - variation of Condition No. 3 of W14075/8.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed that evidence from a previous owner and Lound Parish Council confirmed that plants had previously been sold on this site. This use and the sale of ancillary nursery goods would therefore seem appropriate, and subject to agreed wording of the revised condition, the Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W14075/9, subject to the agreement of finite wording of the saleable nursery related goods to be agreed.
