Application for first floor rear and single storey front extensions.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed an amended scheme which was now in keeping with the street scene and he therefore recommended approval. An objection from a neighbouring property in Elm Coppice was reported. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to the revised scheme for application W14449/1.
