V27-1515 : W3552/22 - THE ARENA, THE ESPLANADE, LOWESTOFT
Application for construction of a raised patio area.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed that in design terms the proposal would enhance the appearance of the rear elevation, and by retaining a gap of 1.4 metres would be unlikely to cause intrusion to the neighbours privacy, who had objected. The Director recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W3552/22.
