V27-1506 : SWANSONS PUBLIC HOUSE, BUNGAY - PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE
The report of the Chief Executive reminded members that the above premises had been the subject of numerous complaints of noise resulting in the service of Noise Abatement Notices. The applicants had indicated a willingness to work to resolve the problems and to accept formal cautions on two offences. The Chief Executive recommended that the licence be renewed temporarily once the cautions had been accepted.
RESOLVED
That, upon the acceptance by the applicants of two formal cautions for noise offences, the Chief Executive be given delegated authority to renew the Public Entertainment Licence for Swansons Public House, Bungay, for a period of three months in the first instance to expire on 31 July 2000 to allow further monitoring of the premises to take place.
The meeting was concluded at 6.40 pm.
