V27-1505 : THE CHERRY TREE PUBLIC HOUSE, STOVEN

APPLICATION FOR PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENCE

The report of the Chief Executive set out an application for a Public Entertainment Licence at the Cherry Tree Public House, Stoven, Monday to Thursday, 11.00am - 11.00pm and Fridays and Saturdays, 11.00am - 1.00am.

Consultations had been sought from the Director of Housing and Environmental Services, the Police and Brampton with Stoven Parish Council, all of which had no objection to the application.

RESOLVED

That upon the premises achieving the required public safety to the satisfaction of the Suffolk Fire Service, a Public Entertainment Licence be granted to the Cherry Tree Public House, Stoven, Monday to Thursday 11.00am - 11.00pm, and Fridays and Saturdays 11.00am - 1.00am.
