V27-1482 : CAPITAL PROGRAMME PROJECTS 1999/2000 - SCHEME UPDATES
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services updated progress and budget information on a variety of projects in the Housing Capital Programme, including: Manor Court refurbishment; Duplex flats; Flat re-conversions; Peddars Court; vehicle crossings; and play areas.
The Director drew attention to an overspend on Peddars Court which had been due to the high cost of specialist fixtures and fittings for the disabled.
RESOLVED
That the update report on Capital Programme Projects 1999/2000 be received.
