V27-1481 : RESPONSIVE REPAIRS BUDGET 1999/2000

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services presented the provisional outturn of expenditure for the year 1999/2000.

For jobbing repairs and voids mainly undertaken by Waveney Contract Services, there was a likely overspend of £9k, less than one per cent of the revised budget of £946k.

For servicing, repair and replacement, mainly undertaken by external contractors, there was a likely underspend of £14k on the budget of £512k.

RESOLVED

That the report on the Responsive Repairs Budget 1999/2000 be received.
