V27-1480 : TENANTS SATISFACTION SURVEY

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services reminded members that an annual report was presented informing level of tenant satisfaction in the way the repairs service was delivered. With most repair requests tenants were sent an advice slip giving details of the repair and an opportunity to comment by completing a short questionnaire.

For 1999/2000 a total of 4003 questionnaires were issued with 1143 (29%) returned. Amongst those there was a 98% satisfaction rate with Waveney Contract Services and 97.5% with external contractors.

RESOLVED

That the report on the Tenant Satisfaction Survey be received.
