V27-1479 : HOUSING CAPITAL ALLOCATIONS 2000/01
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services provided a copy of The Housing Corporation ADP Capital Allocations 2000/01 for Waveney. The Housing Corporation considered Waveney to be a strong enabling authority and the allocation was 110% Housing Needs Index, resulting in an allocation of £1,034,204, which was £94,029 higher than the previous formula based allocation. At 110% HNI the Annual Capital Guideline would be £3,137k, allowing an additional £286k of investment in 2000/01. RESOLVED
That the report on Housing Capital Allocations for 2000/01 be received and welcomed.
