V27-1457 : NOTICES OF MOTION
Councillor Walmsley moved and having been seconded by Councillor Crisp it was RESOLVED
That approval in principle be given to the investigation of transferring the Beccles Public Hall and its management to a Trust established for the purpose and which the Council could then support.
