V27-144 : AUDIT OF PAY SCHEMES - PROGRESS REPORT
The report of the Director of Waveney Contract Services updated members on the legal status of the Department's current pay schemes received from a Human Resources consultant, and the progress made in changing to alternative methods of payment where agreements had been possible with the workforce.
RESOLVED
1. That the report of the Director of Waveney Contract Services concerning the Audit of Pay Schemes be received.
2. That further reports be submitted on progress made in agreeing suitable alternative methods of payment with the workforce.
