V27-1419 : ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT UNIT - CUSTOMER CARE SURVEY
The report of the Chief Executive highlighted feedback received from the latest Customer Care Survey undertaken by the Council's Economic Development Unit. The results of the survey were important in terms of preparing for the Best Value regime and for monitoring service to clients.
RECOMMENDED
That the findings of the Customer Care Survey be used in preparing for the Best Value regime due this year for the Economic Development Unit.
