V27-1400 : THE AUDIT COMMITTEE
The report of the Director of Central Services considered the effectiveness of the arrangement which dedicated two meetings each year of the Sub-Committee to an audit agenda to meet the requirements of an Audit Committee.
RECOMMENDED
That the present arrangements for the Audit Committee continue, subject to review as part of the more major review of the Council's political structure.
