V27-1396 : LEGAL SECTION
The Sub-Committee recommended that several temporary arrangements take place in the above Section to cover the work of a vacant post from 1 March 2000 to 30 June 2000, that the Chief Executive be authorised to extend the arrangements for a maximum of a further three months, and that the existing post holders revert to their contractual terms at the end of the temporary arrangements. (Para. 1)
