V27-1388 : ACTIVE SPORTS MANAGER - SUFFOLK PARTNERSHIP
The report of the Director of Community Services sought confirmation of the Director's action, in consultation with the Chairman, in advertising the post of Active Sports Manager. Active Sports brought together the Suffolk County and District authorities in partnership with Sport England as part of a national programme of Sports Development. Minute V27- 65 approved the participation of the authority in the partnership and offered to host the position. The post was externally funded apart from a £1,000 contribution. RECOMMENDED
That the action of the Director of Community Services, in consultation with the Chairmen of the Personnel Resources Sub-Committee and Community Services Committee, in advertising the post of Active Sports Manager, be confirmed.
