V27-1356 : SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN AND MANHATTAN PIZZA, BRIDGE ROAD, LOWESTOFT
The report of the Chief Executive was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as immediate Enforcement Action was requested. The report detailed a further breach of an Enforcement Notice at the above premises. RESOLVED
1. That the Chief Executive be authorised to institute criminal proceedings in respect of the alleged breach of the Enforcement Notice previously issued in respect of the premises known as Southern Fried Chicken and Manhattan Pizza under Section 179 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2. That the Chief Executive be authorised to apply for an Injunction restraining further breaches of the Enforcement Notice under Section 187B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
The meeting was concluded at 11.05 pm.
