V27-1348 : W4806/5 - LAND AT ANGEL LINK, HALESWORTH

Application for soft and hard landscaping.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed plans to improve an area previously the subject of an Untidy Land Notice. The County Archaeological Unit had expressed an interest in part of the site.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976, deemed permission be granted to application W4806/5, subject to an Archaeological condition.

(Councillor Whitlow declared an interest in the above item and left the room during the debate).
