V27-1340 : W4871/4 - LAND REAR OF 338-356 LONG ROAD, CARLTON COLVILLE/LOWESTOFT
Application for the construction of nine dwellings and associated works. The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed an application for two, four bedroom and seven, three bedroom houses on a site previously granted permission for nine dwellings in December 1995. No objections had been reported to the scheme and the Director therefore recommended approval, subject to appropriate conditions. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W4871/4, subject to appropriate conditions.
