The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed that the business had grown since the issue of the first consent and four more spaces had been leased within the Old Dairy courtyard. As vehicle speeds were of necessity slow, the highway authority raised no objection to the continued use and only one letter of complaint had been received. The Director recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W11737/2.
