Application for the construction of a first floor extension.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed a first floor extension above an existing flat roof garage. The design would abut a neighbour's flat roof garage, and two letters of objection were reported. However, the Director considered that the extension would not result in any loss of light or outlook and recommended approval. RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W17442.
