Application for the removal of Condition No. 1 of N10487/1, agricultural occupancy restriction.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control considered that any removal of the agricultural occupancy restriction on this dwelling could be premature and to fully evaluate the request the property would need to be appropriately marketed. The Chief Executive felt an appropriate length of time for the property to be made available on the market would be six months.

In accordance with Standing Order 3.10, a non-member of the Committee, Councillor Hunter, addressed the Committee in favour of the application.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be refused to application W461/10.
