Application for replacement windows and doors.
The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control concerned a modern detached house in the Southwold Conservation Area. The existing original windows were proposed to be replaced with timber joinery windows of a similar design, and in accordance with the window policy system of allocating points according to set criteria, the application scored one point. The Director therefore recommended approval.
RESOLVED
That planning permission be granted to application W17354.
