Application for single storey extension.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the immediate neighbour had objected to the above application with regard to loss of views and light caused by the proposed conservatory, part of which would be constructed on the neighbour's boundary wall. The application was for a conservatory and lobby/WC to the rear of the dwelling.

The applicant had since reduced the height of the proposed conservatory from 3.4 metres to 2.7 metres at the boundary. The Director felt this to be a significant reduction, and recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W13925/3.
