V27-1304 : W13249/4 - LAND BETWEEN 4 AND 6 ST JOHNS ROAD, BUNGAY

Outline application to construct a pair of semi-detached cottages.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control advised that the above application had been amended for the construction of a single dwelling. This would leave a reasonable gap between the new dwelling and neighbouring properties, one of which was a listed building. The new property would also have adequate turning space and a wide but shallow garden. The recommendation of the Director was for approval of these revised plans.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to an amended application W13249/4 for one dwelling.
