V27-1280 : KESSINGLAND TRAVELLERS' SITE
The Committee resolved that the existing management by this Council continued and, a new Site Manager be appointed, or other means of managing the Site be investigated, subject to Suffolk County Council signing the Management Agreement with this Council by one calendar month of the meeting. It was further resolved that should the County Council fail to sign the Agreement, the Chief Executive and Director of Housing and Environmental Services, in consultation with the Chairman, be given delegated authority to decide the course of action to be taken (Para. 1, 9).
