The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services gave details of the Housing Corporation's Annual Development Programme 1999/2000 for Waveney. In this year's bidding round greater emphasis was placed on affordable rent levels, and as a consequence the Grant requirement per unit was higher than in recent years. RESOLVED
