V27-1268 : REVIEW AND ASSESSMENT OF AIR QUALITY WITHIN WAVENEY DISTRICT
STAGES 2 AND 3
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services detailed the Council's duties under the Environment Act 1995, to periodically review air quality in its area. "The Review and Assessment of Air Quality within Waveney District (Stage 2)" had been produced, which included the such results, and concluded that a further Stage 3 Review and Assessment process was required for which Consultants would be needed. RESOLVED
That "The Review and Assessment of Air Quality within Waveney District (Stage 2)" be received, and copies be forwarded to statutory consultees and made available to other interested parties.
