V27-1264 : ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ENFORCEMENT POLICY
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services provided a revised Enforcement Policy for the Environmental Services Division to take account of recent changes required by Central Government, in particular the Enforcement Concordat. RESOLVED
That the revised Environmental Services Division Enforcement Policy be adopted. *Policy Decision.
