V27-1263 : REVIEW OF RENT ARREARS RECOVERY PROCEDURE
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services provided a revised Rent Arrears Recovery Manual following a recent review due to an increase in the level of rent arrears and looking towards Best Value. The amended Manual had been considered by Housing Officers and the Tenants Panel.
RESOLVED
That the amended Rent Arrears Procedure Manual be adopted.
