V27-1257 : LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT HOUSE LICENCE

The report of the Chief Executive was considered as a matter of urgency, under the statutory provision accorded to the Chairman, as prosecution proceedings needed to be commenced.
The Panel resolved that the Chief Executive be given delegated authority to pursue a prosecution of a licence holder/proprietor owing to breaches of conditions to his Licence, and that the Chief Executive be authorised to resolve this Licence on successful prosecution. (Para. 12)

The meeting was concluded at 6.45pm.
