V27-1226 : LICENCES TO PLANT IN THE HIGHWAY
THREE ROUNDABOUTS AT SAXONS WAY HALESWORTH
The report of the Director of Community Services and Director of Planning and Building Control advised that Rainbow Supermarkets had offered to sponsor the planting of the above roundabouts as part of Halesworth Town Trail Project, and requested members' approval to apply for the required Highway licence from Suffolk County Council. RESOLVED
That the Council apply for a licence under the Highways Act 1990 to allow the planting of the three roundabouts at Saxons Way, Halesworth.
