V27-1218 : BUILDING REGULATION CHARGES SCHEME 2000

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control provided the Building Regulation Charges for 2000 which had been reviewed against the income and cost of the service. By statute the charges needed to be set to recover the cost of charged Building Regulation work, so that over a three year rolling program there was a neutral balance.

RESOLVED

That the Building Regulation Charges as set out in the document "Waveney District Councils Building Regulations Charges 2000" be adopted with effect from the 1 April 2000.
