V27-120 : LAND TO THE REAR OF 155-161 BRIDGE ROAD, LOWESTOFT
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services considered options in respect of land to the rear of 155-161 Bridge Road, Lowestoft following a request from the occupier of 159 Bridge Road to purchase the land.
RESOLVED
That, subject to consultation with the residents of John Lang Court and Bridge Road, an application be prepared to the Broads Authority for a three bedroom bungalow to wheelchair specification on land to the rear of 155-161 Bridge Road, Lowestoft, and should this application be refused, a report be presented to this Committee for an alternative resolution.
