V27-1116 : MOBILE AND RESIDENTIAL WARDENS - LONG TERM SICKNESS ABSENCE
The Sub-Committee recommended that permanent staff be recruited to three posts, and that the current postholders be redeployed into suitable positions if and when such became available and the staff were well enough to return. It was further recommended that negotiations take place with Unison to approach an Agency to provide one additional temporary person working in the home care profession, and in the event of unsuccessful neogotions an advertisement be placed for a temporary employee, to cover for staff absence due to sickness (Para. 1)
