Application for new window on first floor, west facing - variation of Condition 4 of W12022/3.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control set out an application for an additional window on the west elevation of the above property, as the original planning consent had removed permitted development rights. The reason for the window was to sub- divide one of the two bedrooms within the property.

The Director felt that the extra window in this location was not likely to lead to significant loss of privacy to adjoining properties, and no objections were received. He recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W12022/4.
