Application for the construction of a changing room/shower pavilion.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed an application for a building to include two team changing rooms, officials changing room, kitchen, committee room, entrance porch and lobby, and male and female toilets.

The proposal complied with policy CF4 of the adopted Local Plan, in that it had minimal impact on the locality, and the Director therefore recommended approval. The Town Council, the applicants, recommended approval.

RESOLVED

That planning permission be granted to application W1997/11.

(Councillor Leverett declared an interest in the above item and left the room during the debate. Councillor Whitlow had previously declared an interest in the above item but had already left the meeting).
