Application for replacement first floor windows.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed that the original proposal was to replace the windows with uPVC double glazed windows with two fanlights. As the original windows in the building would have been 12 pane `Crittall' windows, after consultation, the application was amended to reflect the original style.

The recommendation of the Director was therefore for approval.

RESOLVED

That for the purposes of paragraph 4(5) of the town and Country Planning General Regulations 1976, deemed permission be granted to application W6411/4, subject to the use of `Crittall' style 12 pane aluminium, powder coated replacement windows.
