Application for Renewal of Consent W4483/13, Outline Application to erect a gym equipment store.

The report of the Director of Planning and Building Control detailed the history of a now dilapidated road container on the site, which was no longer required for the storage of items for the gym club, but held extra desks needed at times of examinations. The recommendation had been for refusal, but the school had indicated it would remove the container during the summer holidays of 2000. The Parish Council had recommended approval of the renewal.

RESOLVED

1. That temporary planning permission be granted to application W14483/30 until the end of the school summer holidays 2000.

2. That the Chief Executive be given delegated authority to take Enforcement action, should the container not be removed from the site by the specified time.
