V27-1019 : RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, KESSINGLAND
The Sub-Committee resolved that in accordance with Council policy, as regards the adopted Waveney Local Plan, a `ransom strip' of land at Kessingland be not offered for sale to a developer. (Para. 9)
