V27-1007 : 5A PEDDARS COURT, LOWESTOFT
The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services informed members that following liaison with Social Services, 5A Peddars Court had been identified as suitable for a shared house for children with profound disabilities.
Three children had already been identified, but the site would now require additional facilities and some alteration to the originally proposed layout.
RESOLVED
That the extra works required to convert 5A Peddars Court, Lowestoft to a shared house for children with profound disabilities, be approved, at an estimated additional cost of £13,000.
