V27-1006 : CAPITAL PROGRAMME PROJECTS - SCHEME UPDATES

The report of the Director of Housing and Environmental Services updated progress and budget information on a variety of projects in the Housing Capital Programme, including: Manor Court and Whitton Court refurbishment; Duplex flats; Flat re-conversions; 5B Peddars Courts; vehicle crossings; and play areas.
The Director identified a slippage of around £50k in the vehicle crossing budget, due to the delays on consultation, which, as with a smaller amount from play areas, would be allocated to other schemes.

RESOLVED

That the update report on Capital Programme Projects be received, and the Director of Housing and Environmental Control, in consultation with the Chairman and Vice- Chairman, continue to identify areas where slippage in budgets can be utilised.
