RESOLVED

That the meeting do adjourn until the conclusion of the meeting of the Policy and Resources Committee.

MINUTES OF POLICY AND RESOURCES COMMITTEE

RESOLVED

1. That Councillor Francis be elected Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing year.

2. That the following members be elected to the Personnel Resources Sub-Committee:

Councillors Bostock, R. Carter, Crisp, Hunter, Jones, Keable, Rose, Taylor and J. Winterton.

3. That the following members be elected to the Finance and Land Resources Sub- Committee:

Councillors Bee, Bostock, Crisp, Francis, Gower, Hinton, Ley, McGee and Skipper.

4. That the following members be elected to the Economic Development Sub-Committee:

Councillors Bee, Bostock, T. Carter, Crisp, Francis, Gouldby, Holzer, Kelly and Robertson.

5. That the following members be elected to the Millennium Sub-Committee:

Councillors Hinton, Jones, Kelly, Patience and Rose.

6. That the following members be elected to the Service Performance Statement Panels:

Community Services - Councillors Gouldby, Holzer, Shepherd, Thorne and R. Winteron. Housing and Environmental Services - Councillors Austin, Blowers, Kemp, Robertson, Rodgers and J. Winterton.
Planning and Transportation - Councillors Jones, Langley, Parr, Patience, Pitchers and Taylor.
Policy and Resources - Councillors Bee, Hunter, Francis, Keable and McGee.

7. That the following members be elected to the Performance Review Panels:

Panel One - Councillors Aldous, Cherry, Devereux, Graham and Whitlow.
Panel Two - Councillors Ayers, Bostock, Cracknell, Jermy and Young.
Panel Three - Councillors T. Carter, Crisp, Gower, Rose and Skipper.
Panel Four - Councillors Coward, Goldsmith, Leverett, Rouse, Spoor, Thomson and Walmsley.

8. That this meeting do stand adjourned until Thursday, 17 June 1999.
