V26-97 : CHARGE EVENTS AT SPARROW'S NEST GARDENS

The report of the Director of Community Services set out the plans for events at Sparrow's Nest Garden when a charge was proposed to cover the cost of providing the entertainment.

In response to members' concerns the Director advised that a letter had been sent to all nearby residents reassuring them that noise levels would be restricted, and providing a contact number should they experience any problems.

RESOLVED

That an entrance charge be made at Sparrow's Nest Gardens on the following occasions during 1998; 4 July, 11 July, 12 July, 18 July, 25 July, and 2 August.
