V26-930 : GENERAL EMERGENCY FUND - GRANT APPLICATION
The report of the Director of Central Services outlined an application for assistance from the General Emergency Fund, from a family who were on income support. The family resided on the bend of a very busy highway in Lowestoft and were concerned for their safety when entering and exiting from their drive. They wished to site a mirror on neighbouring premises to assist this process at a cost of £94.
RESOLVED
That a contribution of £94 be made towards the cost of a safety mirror for a family residing on a dangerous bend, to be met from the General Emergency Fund. The meeting was concluded at 7.00pm
